30-Day Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Final sale items are excluded.
Easy Exchanges
Exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Reach out to our Client Care team via email or phone to request a return authorization number and initiate the process.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your item(s) in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Include your return authorization number.

Print Shipping Label
Once authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print it and affix it securely to your return package.

Drop Off & Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You will receive tracking updates until your return is processed.
